1 Introduction

This Returns and Refunds Policy ("Policy") applies to all products ("Products") sold by Sheranis Enterprises ("we", "our", "Seller") through the Amazon.in marketplace and directly via our website (udyog.sheranisgroup.in).

By purchasing our Products, you agree to the terms of this Policy. This Policy operates alongside and is subject to Amazon India's A-to-Z Guarantee and Marketplace policies, which take precedence in the event of any conflict.

2 Return Eligibility

2.1 Return Window

You may request a return within 10 days of delivery of the Product. Requests made after this window will not be eligible unless the Product is confirmed defective or incorrectly supplied.

2.2 Eligible Conditions

A Product is eligible for return if it is:

  • Delivered in a damaged or broken condition
  • Defective or not meeting the described quality standards
  • Incorrect — wrong item, wrong size, or wrong quantity delivered
  • Missing items from a confirmed order

2.3 Non-Eligible Conditions

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The Product has been used, opened, or removed from its original packaging (except to inspect for defects)
  • The return request is made after the 10-day window
  • The Product was damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper storage
  • The order was a customised or special bulk order confirmed as non-returnable at the time of purchase

3 How to Initiate a Return

3.1 Via Amazon.in

For orders placed on Amazon.in, initiate your return directly through:

Follow Amazon's return process. Do not ship items back without an authorised return label from Amazon.

3.2 Via Our Website / Direct Orders

Please include your Order ID, clear photographs showing the defect or damage, and a brief description of the issue.

3.3 Return Shipping

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: We will arrange and bear the cost of return pickup or provide a prepaid return label.
  • Change of mind or buyer error: Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer. Items must be returned in original, unused, sealed packaging.

4 Refunds

4.1 Full Refund

A full refund including applicable shipping charges will be issued for Products that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, once the returned Product is received and inspected.

4.2 Partial Refund

For returns due to reasons other than defect or incorrect supply, a refund of the Product purchase price will be issued minus the original shipping and handling charges, once the returned Product is received in original unused condition.

4.3 Refund Timeline

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned Product and credited to the original payment method:

4.4 Partial Deduction

We reserve the right to issue a partial refund if the returned Product is not in its original condition, is missing components, or shows signs of use beyond reasonable inspection.

5 Replacements

Where a returned Product is confirmed defective or incorrect, we may at our discretion offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to stock availability. The replacement will be dispatched within 3–5 business days of return receipt and confirmation.

6 Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch at no charge. Once dispatched, cancellations are not accepted and the return process must be followed as outlined in Section 3.

For direct or website orders, contact us immediately at +91-7360092006 to cancel before dispatch.

For Amazon.in orders, cancellations can be raised through Your Orders → Cancel Items before the order is shipped.

7 Bulk and Wholesale Orders

For bulk or wholesale orders (above ₹5,000 or 500 units), return eligibility is subject to the terms mutually agreed at the time of purchase.

  • Bulk orders are generally non-returnable unless the entire consignment is found to be defective or incorrectly supplied
  • In such cases, contact us directly within 10 days of delivery with photographic evidence of the defect
  • Partial returns of bulk orders are not accepted unless agreed in writing at the time of order

8 Amazon A-to-Z Guarantee

For orders placed through Amazon.in, buyers are additionally protected under Amazon's A-to-Z Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our resolution, you may escalate your claim directly to Amazon.

Note: Amazon's A-to-Z Guarantee and Marketplace Policies take precedence over this Policy for all Amazon.in orders. We fully cooperate with Amazon's dispute resolution process.

9 Consumer Protection

This Policy is consistent with and subject to the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India) and the rules framed thereunder. Nothing in this Policy limits or excludes your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Indian law.

10 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes not resolved through Amazon's process or direct mutual agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bagha, Bihar.

11 Amendments

We reserve the right to amend this Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be updated on our website and Amazon seller profile with a revised effective date. Continued purchase of our Products following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.

12 Miscellaneous

  • If any provision of this Policy is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
  • This Policy constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company with respect to returns and refunds, subject to Amazon's Marketplace policies for Amazon.in orders.
  • The Company reserves the right to reject any return or refund request that does not meet the conditions outlined in this Policy.
